By engaging Reachly Ltd for any service, you agree to these terms. A signed statement of work or proposal constitutes a binding agreement.
Project fees are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month. Late payments incur a 5% monthly fee after 14 days.
Each package includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at £75/hour.
Upon final payment, you own all deliverables. Reachly retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Project fees paid upfront are non-refundable after work has commenced.
Reachly's maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
